A deep, brilliant ruby red with an expressive bouquet of ripe red fruits and delicately integrated oak. Merlot delivers generous body and velvety tannins, while Cabernet Franc brings elegance, finesse and aromatic persistence. Beautifully structured, with a rich, harmonious palate and a lingering finish.
A magnificent match for duck breast, slow-braised beef and rich, savoury dishes. Equally impressive with roasted lamb, aged cheeses and decadent dark chocolate where its generous fruit and refined tannins truly shine.
