Bright, pale yellow in colour, with fine, elegant bubbles. The nose reveals delicate aromas of hazelnut and almond, complemented by honey and ripe apricot. The palate is fresh and beautifully balanced, with white peach, pear and acacia notes, refined minerality and a smooth, lingering finish.
Beautiful as an aperitif, accompanied by roasted almonds, fresh oysters or delicate seafood. Equally enjoyable with grilled fish and, for something sweeter, pear tarte tatin or a slice of rich chocolate cake.
